Cline Ancient Vine Zinfandel 2006  –  20.00
Cline's green "beyond biodynamic" farm practices produce this Zin that shows dusty raspberry, blackberry, white pepper & spice with coffee & chocolate characters. Bin #24

Borgo Scopeto Chianti 2005  –  25.00
An Italian classic from the Sangiovese grape. Intense bouquet with hints of soft fruits. Good balance between the tannic and acid components. Bin #21

Cancelli Toscana Rosso 2006  –  14.00
A ruby red "baby" Tuscan from organically grown Sangiovese & Syrah grapes. Fresh bouquet of berries with pepper. Supple and velvety with moderate acidity. Bin #29

Bodega Iranzo Tempranillo Crianza 2003  –  21.00
Bryan loves the tempranillo grape and this is a great example from a Spanish vineyard producing exclusively organic wines since 1994. Mature, bright and clean with strong overtones of ripe grapes – almost raisiny. Bin #23

B. R. Cohn Cabernet Sauvignon 2006  –  27.00
Cohn's Silver Label Cab from California's North Coast has rich flavors of berry, cassis and black cherry with a hint of vanilla. A complex wine and one of our best values.  Bin #22

Bogle Pinot Noir 2006  –  21.00
The Russian River Valley climate intensifies some of the best Pinot Noir grapes in the world. Plush, lingering impression of black cherry ending in a silky & earthy finish.  Bin #26

Marietta Zinfandel 2006  –  28.00
From Sonoma County and Joan's favorite! Deep ruby color with concentrated spicy raspberry and blackberry flavors. If you like your wine "jammy" this is it.  Bin #27

Castoro Cellars Merlot 2003  –  18.00
A great vintage from this Paso Robles, California winemaker!  A full bouquet of fruit and oak. Intense fruit flavors with a good balance in acid and sugar. Bin #25

Our local Door County vintner produces this blend of varieties combined "in the field" prior to fermentation. An affordable wine of depth and character.  Bin #28

 

WHITES

Hook & Ladder Chardonnay 2007  –  24.00
Cecil DeLoach sold his vineyards and has started Hook & Ladder to keep himself and his family busy.  This "buttery" Chard tastes of apple & pear rounded out by vanilla & nutmeg. Bin #19

Pircas Negras Torrontes 2007  –  14.00
A wonderful light "summer" wine from this great organic producer from Argentina.  Lovely, concentrated grapey fruit with good balancing acidity and hints of flowers and spices.  Bin #18

Puiatti Pinot Grigio 2006  –  24.00
Puiatti invented the now common Italian method of fermenting and aging this grape in stainless steel only. The result is a pure, intensely varietal wine rich in fruit with a fresh finish. Bin #16

Firestone Sauvignon Blanc 2005  –  18.00
A young California wine of exceptional character. Crisp flavors of guava, melon and passion fruit with a hint of citrus and lemongrass. Bin #15
